Safed is mourning: The funeral of Hadar Bucharis HYD, who was killed today (Sunday), in an attack at the Gush Etzion junction, will leave tomorrow at 15:00 from the Sephardic funeral home at the Mount of Rest in Jerusalem.
Hadar's family asks the people of Israel to come and escort her on her last journey.
Hadar Bucharis lived in Safed and studied at the midrasha in Bat Ayin. However, as the family said, "she will be buried at the Mount of Rest, since she very much loved Jerusalem and was connected to the holy city, where she shall be laid to rest."
In the afternoon, at around 15:10, a terrorist arrived at the Gush Etzion junction and stabbed Hadar Bucharis HYD in her upper body, she was fatally injured. Later she was declared dead at the hospital.
A force which was on the scene fired at the terrorist - and he was killed.
Magen David Adom paramedic Zachi Yahav who arrived on the scene said: "On the sidewalk next to the station, lay a 20 year old woman unconscious with stab wounds in her upper body, civilians who were there began to help her and stop the bleeding. We took her quickly into the intensive care unit and cleared her to hospital while performing life-saving medical treatment while she was on sedation and ventilation".
