Stabbed, fled and turned himself in – to Palestinians

The terrorist who carried out the terrorist attack around noon today (Sunday), at Nabi Elias village, and stabbed a 48-year-old Breslev chossid from Emmanuel - turned himself over to the Palestinian Authority security forces.
