The child Moishie Holzberg, survivor of the terrorist attack at the Chabad House in Mumbai, India, will participate for the first time at the World Chabad Shluchim conference - exactly seven years after being rescued from the murderous terror attack.

According to a report by Shturem Chabad website, Moishie Holzberg - now 9 years old, the son of Chabad emissaries Rabbi Gavriel and Rivky Holtzberg HYD, will come to New York to take part in the traditional world shluchim conference that attracts every year thousands of emissaries of the Lubavitcher Rebbe zt"l.

Moishie will also take part in the tribute evening, which will by attended by his father's friends, and is expected to read a chapter of Tehillim at the main conference. The reading of the chapter will be devoted to prayer for the safety and security of the inhabitants of the Holy Land.

As recalled, on Rosh Chodesh Kislev 5769 (2009) the Chabad House in India was attacked as part of the terror attacks in the city, and claimed the lives of six, including the Holtzbergs. Moishie who was two years old, was saved thanks to the resourcefulness of the housekeeper Sandra Samuel, who rescued him from the inferno and accompanied him for many years in Israel.

Since the tragedy, Moishie grew up at his grandparents, Rabbi Shimon and Yehudis Rosenberg, who serve as his parents and these days are busy with building a "House of good deeds" that will perpetuate the memory of his parents.
