Young man stabbed in neck near Hebron, severely wounded; Terrorist was killed

Attack north of Kiryat Arba - a Palestinian terrorist stabbed an Israeli and wounded him, the terrorist was killed.

Around nine thirty this morning, a stabbing attack occurred in Kiryat Arba near Beit Anun junction. Paramedics and MDA paramedics gave medical treatment and evacuated to the Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem, a young man of about 19 in serious condition, who was stabbed in his upper body. The youngster was sedated and on a respirator.

Yochai Damari, mayor of Mount Hebron, said after the attack: "We are in difficult times, we have known difficult times and we only grew from them. Soldiers and civilians are along the front, and against the forces of hatred and evil we will add to the building and growth.
"Residents of Mount Hebron embrace our brothers and sons – the IDF soldiers who protect our country bravely and with great dedication. I call to worsen the war against terrorists along with strengthening the settlement. Only thus we will avoid further harm to Israeli citizens."

As recalled, last night there were three stabbings. In the morning - a stabbing attack near the Gush Etzion settlement Meitzad, in which Israel Ben-Aharon was injured moderately, in the afternoon there was an attempt to stab near the Cave of the Patriarchs when a woman terrorist was liquidated, and at 17:00 pm, a young yeshiva student was stabbed at a bus stop on Route 5, which is located at the Ariel junction towards Tapuach.

On two occasions yesterday, for the first time in a long time, the terrorists managed to escape after perpetrating their attack.
