After searches: body of missing Amir Ohana was found in the lake
After a long search that lasted even on Shabbos - the body of missing Amir Ohana was found in a lake in Uman • apparently he sat on the banks of the lake, and fell into the water after a bout with seizures • Amir has been missing since the second day of Rosh Hashanah

Searches ended in tragedy: after four days of absence, today (Saturday) the body of Amir Ohana z"l was found.
With the end of Shabbos, ZAKA updated that a body was found in the lake in Uman. The body has been identified as the missing Amir Ohana z"l. Amir has been missing since the second day of Rosh Hashanah in Uman.
By the order of Rabbi Yaakov Roza, Chairman of the Rabbinical Committee of ZAKA, volunteers who participated in the search for the missing Israeli in Uman - continued to operate as usual on Shabbos, as was there was a chance of finding him alive.
Towards the end of Sabbos, volunteers identified a human head in the water, the body was extracted and the deceased has been identified.
Amir was found with Yom Tov clothes on his body without shoes and socks. According to assumptions, he sat on the banks of the lake, and dipped his feet in the water. He suffered a seizure and fell into the water.
The family of the deceased has been notified.
ZAKA organization, the Foreign Ministry and the Israeli Embassy in Ukraine, are working to bring the body to Israel as quickly as possible.
