The Central District Attorney Central District Court indictments against terrorists Alaa Dar es Asi (22), and Mujahed Dar es Asi (21), residents of Beit Lakiya, for the murder of the late David Bar Kappara.
According to the indictment, filed by Attorney Ronnie Shoma-Eden, on 6th Tammuz they decided to enter Israel illegally after falsely claiming that the deceased owed him money for his work in the vineyard owned, and in order to collect this debt.
The next day, on 7th Tammuz, in the morning, the accused approached the crossing, and they saw David make a deal to sell grapes. Mujahed, who knew the way the deceased directs his business, claimed that Kappara received cash for grapes, and decided to rob him.
Detailed indictment that the two defendants approached David, and Mujahed contacted him and told him that he would bring them money. In response, the deceased asked as to the identity and shouted "thieves". At this point, Mujahed blocked the deceased's mouth using a piece of cloth, and then he took a stick and pushed the defendant on the floor and started beating him and through his hands and his head firmly deceased all over his body to collapse on the ground. Even after the collapse of the deceased, they continued to beat him all over his body through the stick and through them, to break the stick.
During the event, Mujahed poured pesticide in the area. After that the deceased fell to the ground and lost consciousness, the defendants sought money in his pockets, but found a bunch of keys. Then, they put a mattress on the deceased when he is severely injured, and fled without calling for help. In view of the serious injuries, he was rushed to the hospital late and later pronounced dead.
The two, known as terror activists who were involved in throwing stones at IDF forces in their village, Beit Lakiya. The offense attributed to the accused is charged with murder while committing a crime intentionally to another. It should be noted that the General Security Service first investigated the case on suspicion of murder on ethnic grounds but after an intensive investigation concluded that - in light of the evidence collected in the case - that this is a murder committed criminal motive and this conclusion was delivered to his prosecution and police.
Attorney Adi Keidar from Chanenu representing the family Victims of Crime said in response: "We get astonished the hasty conclusions of the police and the prosecutor's office about the motive despicable murder of the deceased, who was the salt of the earth, agricultural and love the country and its soil, was brutally murdered, when all indications lead conclude that it was a racially motivated murder ".
