From Lakewood to Mir: Thousands at Rebbetzin Kotler's funeral

Thousands participated today (Monday) afternoon in the funeral procession of Rebbetzin Kotler a"h, the mother of the head of Yeshivat Beit Midrash High - Lakewood, Rabbi Aryeh Malkiel Kotler, who passed away on Shabbos.

Her coffin was brought to Israel and left the the Mir Yeshiva in the Beit Yisrael neighborhood in Jerusalem.

Funeral attended by Gedolei Yisrael and Roshei Yeshiva who carried eulogies. Amongst them: Hgr"sh Auerbach Hgrm"tz Bergman, Hgrm"h Hirsch, Hgr"y Ezrachi, Hgra"i Finkel, Hgr"a Pilz, Rav Schwartzman, Hgr"d Shustel, and her son Rabbi Moshe Kotler who ended the eulogies who spoke about the Rebbetzin a"h and her standing to the right of the world of Torah.

After Kaddish by her sons the funeral left to Hasr Hamenuchos where she was laid to rest alongside her husband Rabbi Yosef Chaim Shneur Kotler zt"l.
