Thousands of devotees attended this Shabbos, the inaugural at Seret Viznitzer.

Rebbe made his first Tish on Friday night. It should be noted that for many years, due to the weakness of the Rebbe of blessed memory, no extended tishim were held but only a short Tish.

Chassidim in Haifa were prepared for the arrival of guests, and the wall of the Beit Midrash was demolished to make way for thousands.

During Shabbos the chassidim were excited to visualize scenes they have not seen in a decade, the Rebbe turned to the crowd during Shabbos prayers, as well as during Lecha Dodi danced throughout the Beit Midrash as was custom of his father, of blessed memory.

The highlight of Shabbos was the 'Tish' held for hours starting with Shalom Aleichem, when the Rebbe first made Kiddush before the audience.

Behadre Haredim submits a special coverage written by one of the disciples: "Erev Shabbat candle lighting time the Rebbe entered for Mincha as the Beit Midrash was packed with followers, public officials and residents of the city of Haifa. Mincha was recited by the Rebbe of Shatz-Vohznitz, after the prayer Shalom Aleichem was sung, followed by hundreds of Hasidim receiving a Gut Shabbos blessing from the Rebbe.

"At 11:45 the Rebbe entered the pure table setting, when the Beit Midrash was packed with followers and residents of Haifa who came to witness the holy work, the Tish began with Shabbos zemiros. Rebbe blessed on the wine, and chanted again Shabbos songs and recited them verse by verse as his father zt"l would do. Tish lasted about 3 hours."

Tisch was also attended by: Rabbi Yitzchak David Grossman, Rabbi Sinai Meir Frankel, Rabbi Yisrael Rostzki, and Rabbi Baruch Sternbuch, Ab "d Tshotrshkov from London, Rabbi Moshe Boyer, Deputy Education Minister Meir Porush, and United Torah Judaism faction chairman Menahem Eliezer Moses.
