Claim millions: The Gross family, who lost two daughters in the pesticides control disaster about a year and a half ago, is to file next week, a huge lawsuit against the officials who were negligent in the case, reported Channel 2 tonight.

According to the report, the family sued a total of NIS 11.6 million, against the exterminator, the company that provides the insecticide, the Terem clinic, the doctor who treated the girls and against the government agencies who were supposed to monitor the area of pest control.

According to the family lawyer, negligence should be attributed to the defendants. Operative and the company which imports the pesticide to Israel knew about the danger and did not act accordingly. The Terem clinic did not perform required examinations and the girls were sent to their home without the diagnosed condition.

The family says negligence and lack of enforcement led to the field of pest control which is breached and the hazardous material was a 'ticking bomb'.

Recall a year ago was pesticide was carried out using a dangerous substance at the family home and subsequently two daughters, Avigail and Yael a"h died.

Two brothers, Yitzchak and Michael, were hospitalized in serious condition but recovered.
