Two suspects were caught in yesterday's trampling event

In a joint operation between the IDF and the Shin Bet and the Hebron District and Shai District, two suspects were arrested last night (Sunday) at their home in Hebron for trampling a policeman in Hebron.

The two adults (23, 26) are residents of Hebron. Also, near their house the offending vehicle bearing signs of injury was found, and the car keys were located in the pocket of one of the suspects. They were interrogated by the Shin Bet and later transferred to the Hebron District Police SJ District for investigation.

The injured officer was released from the hospital. All leads are tested at this point.

Commenting on the event, said the commander of the Judea and Samaria District General Shlomi Michael: "Every incident of this type will be acted upon quickly and decisively, in full coordination with the partners of security forces in the district, to put our hands on these criminals who crudely break the law".
