Admor of Belz will take off this week to visit the graves of his Belze ancestors

The Admor of Belze will take off this week to the town of Belze in Ukraine to pray at the graves of his ancestors on the occasion of Simchat Beit Belz - the joy of the marriage of his grandson this coming Sivan.

Last night (Motzei Shabbos), rumors circulated around the journey, when the Rebbe recited Parashas Vayishlach following Havdalah as is customary to those who leave the country, Hasidism did not know for sure whether the Rebbe will set out and rumors began to rage.

This morning (Sunday) a recorded order was issued by the gabbai Rabbi Eliezer Vind that the Rebbe will be setting out and that none of the Hasidim from Israel and abroad will be allowed to join. The journey is intended only for the family and gabbaim.

According to the emerging plan, the Rebbe will leave on Tuesday on a private plane with his family and gabbaim.

The last time the Rebbe was flying with his disciples was over three years ago, prior to the wedding of the eldest grandson. Prior to the second wedding the Rebbe sent his son, Rabbi Aharon Mordechai Rokach.
