In the midst of Lag B'Omer, an old footage was exposed among advocates which echoed throughout Miron, and in particular Boyan Hasidim.
This film perpetuates the spree to Rashbi on Lag B'Omer seventy-five years ago. As we know, already 180 years ago the Ruzhin Rebbe bought the presumption of Lag B'Omer bonfire on the roof of Rashbi Zion and Ruzhin Rebbes for generations inherited this right, and it was kept in by Byyan Admorim grandchildren, and even today the Boyaner Rebbe lights the main and only bonfire, on the roof of the tomb himself.
In those years, a number of Hasidic leaders in Boyan served, but all of them were living abroad. The Boyaner Rebbe was the only one then living in Israel, Rabbi Yisrael of Boyan-Leipzig, uncle of the present Rebbe; Indeed, he lit the bonfire in Miron.
Boyan Hasidim preserved in tradition, Lag B'Omer, shortly after the Boyaner Rebbe -Leipzig immigrated to Israel, he of course went to Miron to light the fire as presumption of his ancestors. But that year, more important rabbinical figures from his family came to Miron, even though they are descendants of Ruzhin Rabbi as noted above, he is the person who purchased the presumption of lighting.
