Aaron Ramati released to house arrest of seven days

Jerusalem Magistrate's Court released Aaron Ramati under restrictive conditions, including house arrest at his brother for seven days, a deposit in the amount of NIS 5,000 and a ban on contacting and engaging in the profession for seven days.
In seven days, discussion will be held whether to extend the ban. Terms are with consent of the police.
Mr. Itamar Ben Gvir said in response: "happy that after two days in detention, my client was released but even two days were unnecessary. The police questioned dozens of seminary girls and questioned other witnesses and all those refuted the rumors.
"If after all the big noise the main suspicion of the police is incorrect reports of salaries then even without make light of this it clear injustice has been done to the rabbi, and it is regrettable that the police acted on the basis of rumors and gossip, some of which were the interest of certain parties.
