Due to tensions between the components of the future coalition, this morning (Friday) Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the Jewish Home chairman Minister Naftali Bennett met.

The two discussed issues that are of controversy within the framework of the coalition negotiations. Bennett's office said that the Minister Bennett met with Prime Minister at his office in Jerusalem. The meeting lasted about an hour and a half. The two agreed to continue talking.

Also Chairman of Israel Beiteinu, Avigdor Lieberman, is expected to meet with Prime Minister this afternoon.

Recall, yesterday reports were made on the progress of negotiations with the Jewish home, as it is now proposed that Naftali Bennett will continue to serve in the Ministry of Economy and shall obtain the strategy portfolio. Uri Ariel gets the portfolio of Agriculture and Ayelet Shaked will receive a Ministry which has not yet been decided on. But the Jewish home were quick to deny, claiming they heard about this offer only through the media.

The meeting with Bennett came after a three-week disconnection, in which the two men did not speak due to differences of opinion on the question of the identity of the coalition and the next foreign minister.
