Security forces raided the village of the attacker

According to the investigation, the driver, Khaled Kotina 37, came from the national headquarters of French Hill, ran off course and hit those who stood at the station, then the vehicle reversed, hit a light pole, and came to a hault.
Shalom Yochai Sharki was critically injured and taken to hospital eye and later died of his wounds. A young woman who was also at the station was seriously injured.
Sharki, a tour guide, is the son of Rabbi Uri Sharki, the rabbi of the "Machon Meir" yeshiva and Rabbi of Congregation Beth Judea in Kiryat Moshe. He is also the brother of journalist Yair Sharki of Channel 2 news.
