United Torah Judaism: "Likud retracted summaries"

Stress in coalition negotiations: Towards the final stretch and the signing of an agreement between the negotiating teams of the United Torah Judaism and the Likud, a crisis broke out between the parties and, according to Torah Judaism, Likud retracted several agreements, particularly regarding the conscription law.

Sources close to the negotiating team, told Behadrey Haredim that there are recriminations between the negotiating among the teams of the Likud and United Torah Judaism. According to the latter, a member of the Likud's negotiating team, MK Zeev Elkin, retracted a number of agreements already concluded in previous sessions.
They added that tension with the Likud has not yet led to an explosion of talks and it is still possible to reach an understanding. But the question of signing the agreement next week, is very dependent on the Likud.

Tomorrow morning the Likud's negotiating teams and United Torah Judaism are expected to meet in an attempt to reach an understanding.

The teams of the Likud are expected to meet at noon with the Shas negotiating team.

As recalled on Friday Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with the Chairman of the Jewish Home Minister Naftali Bennett and Israel Beiteinu Chairman Avigdor Lieberman. No dramatic progress was made during the meetings.
