Tragedy in Dushinsky: Today (Sunday) Binyamin Neufeld a student of the Dushinsky yeshiva died at Sheba Medical Center in Tel Hashomer following a severe disease which had lamented his body last year, he was only 20 years old at his death.
Six months ago the name Baruch was added to the deceased name, but last night his condition deteriorated and the family were called to his bedside, as well as the Rebbe who also participated when his soul departed.
The late Binyamin Neufeld was born in Jerusalem to his father Rabbi Meir Eliezer Neufeld, the son of Rabbi Simcha Bunim Neufeld, elders and famous in Dushinsky and director of the Jerusalem Education Seminar.
As a child he studied at the Dushinsky Talmud Torah where he did well in his studies.
A friend of Binyamin z"l tells Berhadrey Haredim: "He had a golden heart and always smiled, everyone liked him, he was one of the best learners at the yeshiva and sat and learned all the time."
His funeral will leave this evening from the Dushinsly yeshiva on 52 Shmuel Hanavi Street towards Har Hazeisim where he will be laid to rest.
