Yesterday (Thursday) evening, an Israeli citizen who lives in Flatbush, father of two, got on the ladder for renovations on 20th Street in Windsor Terrace adjacent to Boro Park in Brooklyn. Suddenly he fell to the ground from a height of about 10 meters and was seriously injured.
Rescue teams called to the scene, found him lying on the pavement, with massive head trauma. He was taken to a local hospital, where he died of his wounds.
Arie Rabinovich, a journalist from JP told behadrey haredim that "An initial police investigation shows that he was standing on a ladder and for an unknown reason he slipped and fell." Chesed Shel Emes volunteers were dispatched to the scene to prevent desecration of the dead.
