Extended detention of soldier suspected of providing information to right wing activists

The court has extended today (Wednesday) the arrest of the soldier suspected of providing information to right wing activists, until next week.
Judge at Jerusalem Magistrate Miriam Kasalsi extended until next Monday the arrest of an Israeli soldier who was arrested yesterday on suspicion he gave classified military information to settlers. The soldier, 25, is married and lives in Bat Ayin, serving in intelligence Territorial Brigade Etzion, and denies the allegations.
The soldier, serving in the Etzion brigade, was arrested on suspicion of leaked classified information to right wing activists. Endowed organization also reports that the investigation and court hearing the police representatives refused to detail the allegations against him and made do with a general statement that he is suspected of providing information.
Please note that a baby was born to the soldier two weeks ago, and recently spent almost no time at his base due to a medical issue.
Attorney David Halevy representative by Chanenu of the endowed the soldier responded: "My client denies any connection attributed to him. This is a valued soldier acting in an unusual manner. We have no doubt that the police investigation would disprove the allegations and my client will be released in the near future.
