Released in Shalit deal and almost prevented rescue of Jews

"Purim miracle", Yad L'Achim rescue crew said, who are used to rescue of the daughters of Israel and their children from Arab villages, the recovery came last week in the Bethlehem area. They were amazed by the Chain of Miracles and miraculous providence that accompanied the bailout last week of S. and her three children, from the hostile Palestinian village, after years of horrific and prolonged suffering.

Complex extraction before the trouble began. Several hours before the long-awaited bailout, S. called Yad L'Achim and in tears told that there is a change of plans. Arab husband was suddenly arrested by the police, in respect of car thief's gang membership, and assigned him under house arrest in their home. Extraction was planned during when the Arab husband is staying at his job and now will have to be postponed.

After consulting security S. was requested to inform Yad L'Achim when her Arab husband will be taken for questioning at the police station. After three days of nerve-wracking waiting, late at night, the mother dialed Yad L'Achim and announced: "My daughter told me now that her husband will be taken tomorrow at seven in the morning for questioning to a police station in Jerusalem.

At this time the activists began to operate quickly. Rescue team was called in the middle of the night and at designated outskirts of the village stabilized and prepared to go in and extract S. and her three children. But here another problem: the Arab husband's mother tried to prevent the removal of her son for questioning and began shouting and cursing the police and attempted to stop them taking her son with her body. Even after leaving the premises with her son, the Arab mother in law remained at the home. The search team decided not to take the bailout into practice and not take a chance.

The inquiry revealed that the Arab's mother is a dangerous terrorist released just three years ago from an Israeli jail within the Shalit deal, after having been imprisoned in respect of not less than Jewish murderer.

Despite the danger, the rescue team did not completely leave the area. After half an hour, S. called the rescue team and announced that her mother in law left the house but she took her young son so the rescue would have to be rejected. The search team did not give up, preferring to continue to wait in the heart of hostile territory.

Ten minutes later the long-awaited news came: the son of S. was returned home by his grandmother, "Because he cries all the time." The search team did not waste a second and immediately turned toward the house. Following quick action the mother and children were put into the rescue vehicle and went quickly out of the village on their way to the hideout where they are rehabilitated today.

"We thank God for our own Purim miracle we saw how we are accompanied by Heaven every step of the way", Yad L'Achim said this week.
