For the 14th time: the annual Melave Malka in favor of charity foundation Chaya Mushka in Moscow • Led by Russia's Chief Rabbi Lazar

For the 14th time, the "annual Melave Malka" was held in Moscow in favor of the central charity fund of the CIS "Chaya Mushka Foundation", which operates in Moscow and has widespread activities to assist the Jews of CIS.
The celebration took place headed by the Chief Rabbi of Russia, Rabbi Berel Lazar, who accompanies the gemach since its inception 14 years ago, and since then the fund has developed and assists hundreds of thousands of people throughout the year in a variety of forms, from loans, to assistance to large families, for marriages, kimcha depischa, Secret Charity Fund and many more.
The celebration takes place every year close to the day of yahzrteit of the girl Chaya Mushka Lazar a"h, the daughter of the Lazar family, may they live, on whose name and merit this important fund was established, and is held this year in the area of the luxurious halls "Shulak" on the banks of the Moscow River. The event was honored by the participation of the synagogue rabbi of "Belshoi Bronia", the tzaddik of Leningrad Rabbi Yitzhak Kogan, the Dayan Rabbi Israel Birnbaum, the Israeli consul in Russia Yaakov Rosh, Joint Director in Russia Mr. Alek Naden, various public officials, supporters and friends of the Foundation and a large crowd.
During the event, gifts were distributed to supporters of the Foundation, and speeches were given in praise of the fund and its great development, and the great privilege to be part of the assistance to the fund and increasing its areas of activity.
Rabbi Kogan was honored with birkas hamazon, and thereafter the public danced in joy with Rabbi Shlomo Niajin's band, Olam chessed yibane (a world of kindness will be built).
