Internal historic agreement signed by representatives of Agudath Yisrael, towards the sixth elections in the appropriate group (1965) and was recently exposed internal program displays the party's revolutionary cancel its constituent factions - a plan which eventually fell through. In addition the document serves the role of newspapers in the Haredi community.
Paper entitled "Private All" (Hebrew name and a non-usable 'Protocol') states in section D that "it was decided to make a goodwill agreement by all parties on the practical measures that will eventually cancel the faction's regime".
Faction refers to the section, of course, the main faction of Gur, Shlomei Emunim faction of the ultra-Orthodox public trust in Jerusalem, Israel Youth Organization faction representing the Lithuanian community, and unified Vizhnitz faction. As mentioned above, despite of the above, "regime factions" of Agudath Yisrael, is still alive and kicking.
