Shock: posters against Gab"d – spoke in Kfar Chabad

Av Beit Din Hgry"t Weiss gave a rare interview to the Kfar Chabad weekly, in which he told of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, and wonderful relationship and friendship with Chabad Hasidim, which caused a huge storm throughout the Eideh Haredi circles , including posters which were thrown through the city on Friday night to protest the interview.

On 14th Shevat, a Kfar Chabad reporter visited at the residence of the Av Beit Din of the Eideh Haredi Rabbi Yitzchak Tuvia Weiss, The rabbi who has renounced all contact with the media, accepted the Kfar Chabad writer, for a special meeting on the Rebbe, and the special relationship with the Rebbe over the years.

During the conversation, the Gab"d spoke of his relationship with the Rebbe and the story of his friendship with Chabad Chassidim throughout the years, from the days in England and Antwerp, which friendship had grown and deepened upon coming to Jerusalem to serve as Gab"d of the Eideh Haredi.

Factors who were uncomfortable with the interview them - distributed last Shabbos ugly posters in the streets of Jerusalem that demean the Av, entitled "I left Torah praised evil" which they describe how Lubavitcher Rebbe met with Zionist leaders and its Chassidim left the path of Torah and holiness.

Further the poster reads: "During the weakness of Av associates dared to arrange an interview of flattery and praise of the Crown Heights Rebbe, gatekeepers at least have written Av Rebbe who do not spare the dignity and use the days of his weakness to incite lies against the great fortress founded by our rabbis".

Kfar Chabad reporter, Zalman Weber, who conducted the conversation with the rabbi, says to behadrey haredim in response: The Gab"d has had contact with Chabad throughout the years. Factors slurs and impinge upon. We have received hundreds of comments on the interview from around the world. We are not afraid of terror.
