Hgr"o yosef's children quarreling over the inheritance

No quiet street in Jerusalem's Hakablan Street: More than a year after his death, the sons of Hgr"o Yosef, require re-opening the last will and are threatening to go to court.

According to a report by Avishai Ben Haim tonight on Channel 10, children of Hgr"o, Chief Rabbi Rabbi Yitzhak Yosef, Rabbi David Yosef and Rebbanit Adina Bar Shalom require dividing the inheritance of their father equally and are threatening to go to court.

They said there is concern that their father's accounts were emptied near his death. According to them also Hgr"o had other properties and it is not known how they were sold and where the money was transferred.

Notice from Hgr"y Yosef stated that, "the sons of Rabbi Ovadia Yosef did not sign any document concerning their father's will, apart from a request that there is a need for discussion on the will, they demand that a hearing will be held in a court under the law of Torah."

Will more tapes be leaked from the home of Hgr"o Yosef? We will wait and see.
