At the end of discussion: David Kroiz released to house arrest
The prosecution sought an arrest until the end of proceedings, but the judge refused, Kroiz, suspected of assaulting police district Rabbi in Jerusalem, will be released to his home

David Kroiz was released to house arrest, despite the prosecution's desire to continue to detain him until the end of proceedings.
David Noach Kroiz 18.5-year-old, who was arrested earlier this week was brought to Jerusalem Magistrate's Court in the afternoon (Thursday). The prosecution demanded to extend the detention until the end of proceedings and prosecution declaration filed prior to arraignment.
"He was incited to do that which is severe and inappropriate," said his lawyer, attorney Ram Gorodisky, "if he is found guilty, he will get his punishment. The attack is a low ranked attack, so under the circumstances the danger was low. "
Judge Miriam Kasilsi said that "with all the hardware inherent in these acts, I doubt that request remand this case was answered," and decided to release him under house arrest in the Mea Shearim neighborhood uncle restrictive conditions.
Conditions of release are a deposit of NIS 5,000 in cash, the suspect and two supervisors sign a self-commitment and third party guarantee of NIS 10,000.
The prosecution announced that it plans to appeal the decision, that liberation was delayed until tomorrow (Friday) at 10:00 am.
