Europeans lost their head: "Hamas is not a terrorist organization"

The European Court of Justice in Luxembourg dismissed today (Wednesday) the decision to leave the Hamas on the list of terrorist organizations, but left in place the measures against Hamas for three months, or until the end of the appeal.

Knesset Speaker Yuli Edelstein commented on the decision of the Court of the European Union to remove Hamas from the list of terrorist organizations: "They lost their head".

Edelstein said: "About blindness: the EU has obviously lost its head. The removal of Hamas from the list of terrorist organizations by the EU's Court indicates opacity and moral deformity and forms an award to radical Islamic terror which is striking everywhere in the world including Europe itself. Is there no limit to shame? I hope the injustice will be repaired and soon."

MK Danny Danon, candidate to head the Likud, responded to the Court's decision in Europe: "The Europeans must believe their blood is holier while the blood of Israelis is permitted - otherwise you can not understand how the European Court decided to remove Hamas from the list of terrorist organizations. Europe seems to have forgotten that Hamas kidnapped and shot three boys last summer and fired thousands of rockets at Israeli civilians"- he responded.

MK Danon stressed: "This is European hypocrisy that continues their double-faced bid to support the establishment of a Palestinian state. The court message is: kill Israelis - and receive a state."
