Two weeks after the fire and graffiti at the bilingual school in Jerusalem, this morning (Monday) indictments were filed against three LEHAVA activists who were arrested a week after the act.

The next evening the accused went to the school on foot when they are equipped with bottles of gasoline, a lighter, spray paint and plastic bags, with their hands and shoes covered and wrapped in plastic bags. Two of them entered two classes through the window, and spilled fuel in classes, while at the same time the third spray painted on the wall stating: "Death to Arabs", "Kahana was right", "There is no co-existence with cancer" and "enough with assimilation".

After the spray painter went out the window, another set fire to classes with the lighter with which he had armed himself in advance, and the accused fled running, got into a vehicle and fled the scene.

As a result of their actions, fire broke out which caused heavy damage to the school, including two classes, the equipment inside them, windows and alarm systems and fire extinguishers in the entire school.

The three are accused that by their actions they broke on two separate occasions into the building with the intention of committing a crime and performed a crime and burst out of it, set fire to property which does not belong to them, in order to damage property used by the public and wrote jointly on others' land property illegally. In addition, the driver drove without a license, and held two knives outside the scope of his home or yard and did not prove that he held them for a legitimate purpose.
