Watch security cameras video: tires puncture in Flatbush

An anonymous pierced yesterday (Saturday night), the tires of more than fifty cars in Flatbush.

Tires of more than 50 cars were punctured by an anonymous. Video cameras gathered this morning from streets where the cars whose tires were punctured parked, show a youngster passing from one car to the next carrying a sharp instrument, and cutting the wheels next to the curb.

According to police investigators who are still collecting evidence, there are about fifty cars whose tires were punctured.

Ephraim Tafrizi who lives on 24th Street, was the first to discover the damage and he called the police when he noticed the flat tires.

City Councilman David Greenfield promised a reward of one thousand dollars to anyone who brings to the capture of those who sabotaged the cars.

"We must not overlook this crime," said Greenfield, "the criminal caused damage of hundreds of dollars. The price of one tire costs over a hundred dollars, and there are tens of tires here," he said.
