Yishai wants his party's name 'Maran' - Shas opposes

The name of Eli Yishai's party will be 'Maran', as published this evening (Sunday) by Channel 2.

According to the channel, Yishai's party's name will be 'Maran'. If he runs with Uri Ariel Construction Minister and members of Tekuma, the name 'Yachad' will be selected.

According to the channel, the Shas movement has already announced they would oppose the name Maran at the Central Election Committee.
