Strong honesty defense speech of US support of Israel, said tonight (Saturday) US Vice President Joe Biden, that "there is the slightest disagreement" between the two countries with regard to the strategic goal of Israel's security. "The United States does not do favors for Israel when it exercises its commitment to its security; Commitment to Israel's security is a moral and strategic necessity ".

Biden, who spoke at the Saban Forum in Washington, said: "I, and President Obama, have never had a shred of doubt about the American commitment to Israel, and the result is financing the purchase of additional batteries of Iron Dome, or military assistance to the annual amount of three billion dollars ... Even Bibi, a personal friend of mine, even though he's driving us crazy sometimes, acknowledged security aid to Israel extends this administration is unprecedented."

"We are good friends," continued the vice president. "There is not the slightest disagreement between us when it comes to achieving the strategic goal of protecting the security of Israel, but as friends it is our duty to express tactical disagreements how to reach that goal ... We have endless strategic contacts with Israel (on Iran) ... Therefore, I call this group (Saban Forum), which is perhaps the most influential in the field of US-Israel relations: Put things in perspective. Do not overdo the attribution of such great importance to the disputes. Let's talk about the facts.

Biden said that there has been sharp criticism on the US position in the negotiations with Iran. "So we say we will not allow Iran to acquire nuclear weapons. Period. End of story. End of the debate. It will not happen in our custody. We are committed to reaching an agreement before Iran to block all possible paths to a nuclear weapon."

Biden defended the conduct of the Obama administration against Iran and called on Congress, and Israeli officials to not support the imposition of further sanctions on Iran at this stage of the negotiations, which until now has yielded positive achievements. He noted that the Iranian economy is under a lot of pressure because of existing sanctions, and the situation becomes more difficult because of the continuing fall in oil prices. According to him, Obama promised that the United States has never signed a bad deal at the same time; the Iranians are beginning to show signs of flexibility. "Now is not the time to impose additional sanctions," said Vice President.

As expected, he called again to continue efforts to achieve a two-state solution. He stressed that the United States raises serious claims in the ears of Palestinians, including the cessation of incitement and an end to strong winds on the issue of the Temple Mount, but Israel should also do: Stop collective punishment expressed in the destruction of terrorists homes and stopping settlement activity.

He stressed, needed to reach an agreement with the Palestinians may be potential to improve Israel's relations with many of the Arab world, including Saudi Arabia and the Gulf states, now find them on the side of Israel in the fight against Islamic extremism.
