Brothers Yaakov and Shmuel Halperin, together with the contractor Elazar Ofek, purchased the land formerly known as Shefa Shuk and today, Zol BeShefa, on Hashlosha Street in Bnei Brak. This is an area of about 20 acres, and was acquired at a huge deal estimated at $ 50 million.
