The difficult security situation in Jerusalem brought the Rabbi of the Shomrei Hachamos community in Ramot D Jerusalem, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Fuchs, Dayan in the Beit Din, Eideh Charedi, with a warning the public not go out alone.
Ad entitled 'You shall guard your very souls, stated that according to his order, "due to the tension that exists these days amongst haters of Israel and lots alerts around the city. It is very important for each family to take care of his family not to go out alone, especially near the valley".
The regulation further recommends that "there should be a lot of people over the weekend with a cell phone in their shirt pocket – and for any concern one may call the police right away (100) and this does not have to be done with a shinui.
