Elad city hosted Hgr"y Yosef who came to the city to serve as sandek to one of his disciples, and preached throughout the city on Shabbat.
On Friday afternoon Hgr"y arrived at the city gates accompanied by motorcycles of "United Hatzalah" volunteers and a long convoy of cars who accompanied Hgr"y to the apartment prepared beforehand. On Sabbath hundreds of the city residents escorted Hgr"y from sermon to sermon in the city.
