Thousands of Israeli Arabs demonstrated today (Saturday) in Qana, in protest against the death of a villager, Hir Hamdan, 22. Young man was shot to death after threatening police with a knife. He died at Valley Hospital in Afula.
The demonstrations continued until Shabbos and young people threw stones and bottles at police at the scene. Three youths were arrested by the police.
