Two days after he was wounded, the Chidushei Harim yeshiva student in Tel Aviv was released, and returned home.

Today (Monday), was released from the hospital Tel Hashomer 18-year-old yeshiva student who was found lying on the afternoon of Shabbos, on the David Trietsch Street sidewalk, near Chidushei Harim Yeshiva in Tel Aviv.

"On the sidewalk on the street nearby the educational institution lay a young man in semi-conscious condition," said MDA paramedic Dothan Katz who treated the young man. "He suffered a head injury, and within minutes he lost consciousness." On Motzei Shabbos he regained consciousness, and the next day wandered the halls of the hospital.

Yeshiva student engaged to the granddaughter of one of the Gur Admorim is expected to marry soon. He is still in pain.

We first examined the suspicions that he was beaten, but on his body there were no signs of violence. Tel Aviv police said that so far there is no progress in the investigation into suspected criminal activity. It may be that in wake of the stormy weather, he slipped and fell.

One of his associates said tonight to behadrey haredim that the boy still in pain, but "not something that requires a hospital stay. Thank God he recovered and is recovering".
