Belzer Rebbe to boys: "do not hold mp3 device"

Thousands of young men Belz Chasidic yeshivas throughout the country attended last night (Monday) the customary opening shiur, on the occasion of the Rebbe's traditional start of winter time, in the Hall 'Agreuisa Shtub' campus in Jerusalem.

After opening time and learning of first page of Bava Kama taught by the Rebbe, the Rebbe delivered a lengthy Torah class and made the boys stay away from all the various technology devices.

Belzer Rebbe said the words "A yeshiva student or kollel student should not own a cell phone, even the most kosher one, nor any digital devices such as mp3, and so forth."

Recall on Simchat Torah, the Rebbe spoke about the unfiltered Internet and said: "Today there is a tool called the Internet, there is no need to explain, everyone understands and knows what it is. When it came out it was a lot of people who received a "headache" from it, but thank God it was not long, and found that the Internet can be with a filter, here it is called "sieve" tool. Thank God the filter can avoid all attempts.
