Modi'in Illit: autopsy was prevented on a deceased child
The body of a toddler who died yesterday will not be analyzed, and it will be buried today at the Shamgar Funeral Home in Jerusalem

This morning (Friday) police filed an application to the court in Jerusalem, to hold an autopsy on the six months old baby, who died last night in Modi'in Illit since it was suspected as negligence on the part of the therapist for physiotherapy, whom the baby visited a few hours before his death.
Mr. Menachem Moskowitz, volunteer at Zaka's legal department, represented the family court hearing, the judge accepted his words, that the infant was released for burial without autopsy.
Rabbi Shmuel Segal, Zaka commander Modi'in Illit handled the matter since the death of the baby, the baby was transferred to Shamgar Funeral Home in Jerusalem, where the funeral will be held within the next hour.
Baby lost consciousness at his home in Modi'in Illit on Rashbi Street. After resuscitation, a doctor pronounced him dead.
Spoken said: "The child was not feeling well lately and returned from medical treatment several hours before losing consciousness, the volunteers rushed to the scene and tried to save his life, unfortunately physician at Hatzalah who lives nearby had to confirm his death after attempts at resuscitation which were unsuccessful.
