The body of the child Noam Meshurer -11.5 years old, who fell and died in the Talmud Torah in Rishon Lezion, was released tonight (Monday), by the Abu Kabir Forensic Institute, Assaf Harofeh Hospital, where a CT scan will deny causing death - then it will be released for burial.

Noam, who was in the sixth grade at Talmud Torah Chafetz Chaim, returned along with his friends from outdoors, and as he climbed the stairs he collapsed in front of his friends. Staff at the Talmud Torah called Magen David Adom and United Hatzalah, and during the first 18 minutes a teacher performed first aid child resuscitation.

MICU team performed in advanced resuscitation and took him to the hospital, where he died. He is survived by his parents, an older brother and a twin sister.

Rabbi Yaakov Roger, Rabbi of Abu Kabir Forensic Institute oversaw the testing, until release to Assaf Harofeh Hospital, where a CT scan will be conducted.

The family refused to wait for the preparation of the funeral tomorrow, so a large crowd will accompany the deceased on his last journey. Funeral will be held this evening at around 23:00 at Gordon cemetery in Rishon Lezion.

One of the city's rabbis, Rabbi Moshe Nahshoni, accompanied the family during the tragedy. Associates complained that the city does not have enough rescue forces, so even in this case waited about 18 minutes until the arrival of medical staff, which could perhaps have saved the life of Noam z"l.

Rabbi Moshe Nahshoni rabbi of Rishon Letzion, said this evening to behadrey haredim that "the family is terribly broken, it was very difficult to talk to them. The biggest problem is that the story happened in front of all the children, what we will say to the children tomorrow. I have been summoned tomorrow morning, along with a team of psychologists to try to explain to the children what happened. It is not easy to cope", he concluded in pain.

The Talmud Torah staff asks surfers to learn and contribute for the soul of the child Noam Ben Nouriel and Einat.
