The court ordered the owners of supermarkets in Tel Aviv immediately close their businesses on Saturday rather than wait for the appointment of a new interior minister

Another victory: hearing held today (Monday), by the Administrative Affairs Court in Tel Aviv, by judge Anayam Barkai, the judge ordered the supermarket owners to submit an affidavit to closing their businesses on Saturday.

Thus, the judge Barkai denied the request of the largest corporate and marketing Tel Aviv municipality, to wait until the election of a new interior minister, will be required to decide on the proposed new bylaw of the municipality of Tel Aviv, on the subject of retail trade in the city on Saturday.

It should be noted that the hearing at Judge Barkai follows hard contempt filed by the Association of retailers and grocers in Tel Aviv, judgment for breach of City Council, and retail chains, with respect to the enforcement of laws relating to open stores on Saturday.

Contempt of court application accompanied criticizes the conduct of the town since the judgments were set against it. Small businesses and headquarters in Tel Aviv said, "That the Hours of Work and Rest is not a recommendation and a political issue and therefore should be held in the words. We expect the Tel Aviv municipality to stop shuffling unfounded exercises. It is time that the city changes its priorities and work for small businesses in the city, instead of worrying about their profits and corporate tycoon's and city marketing.
