Orthodox yeshiva student from New York who hired a speedboat in New York City last night (Wednesday), encountered difficulties at sea.
Yeshiva student traveling for pleasure had no idea how to drive a boat, and a few minutes after sailing was in mid-ocean without knowing how to get back.
One of his friends told the story of salvation to Behadrey Haredim: "The man went out to sea for two hours and the phone in his possession did not work and he did not see how to get out of the sea.
"After a few minutes he saw he is close to shore, and sailed that way. It turned out to be on the coast of the ultra-Orthodox community Sea Gate in Brooklyn and many families were nearby. The avrech signaled to the families who alerted the rescue who came and rescued him.
