This morning (Tuesday) a severe car accident occurred between three vehicles at the intersection of Aeblin in the North of Israel, which involved a haredi family from the area of Beit Shemesh, who apparently went north on holiday, and ran into the accident.

At around 11:25am MDA reported accident between three vehicles at the Aeblin intersection. Crews of MDA and Ichud Hatzala gave treatment to the victims, and they were evacuated to Rambam Hospital in Haifa and Nahariya Government Hospital.

Rambam Hospital – in which the family is hospitalized - said that the mother, aged 32, was hospitalized in serious but not life-threatening condition, her husband sustained minor injuries. Four children aged 6-10, are hospitalized in children's wards in moderate condition.

Examiners of the traffic department launched an investigation to examine the circumstances of the accident.

Naftali Rothenberg, director of United Hatzalah in Carmel district, told Behadrey Haredim: "When I got there with United Hatzalah drives, we saw severe accident scenes with three vehicles when there were a number of children injured in varying degrees of injury."

Please supplicate in prayer for the family: the mother Devorah Raizel bas Rivka, her husband Yair ben Yaffa Tova, and the children Nathanel, Yonathan, Elazar Itamar and Hadas bas Devorah.
