The campaign 'equal burden, continued:
A group of yeshiva students from Bnei Brak, received a call from a friend, Yoav Schwartz from Shirat Hayayin in Bnei Brak. Schwartz said the battalion that sits right on the border in Kerem Shalom, does not have anything, not even minimal clothing items.
One yeshiva students named Yossi Weinreich, contacted a few friends, including medical businessman Rabbi Yossi Margalit, connecting them with Yuval Landsberg, CEO of Sano, Liran Nessimi, Vice President at Sano, and Yosef Kashi Marketing Director at Sano, who raised a very significant contribution of hygiene products for Fighters at the battalion.
Dorit Dana, CEO of Dana and Adi Meshorer, Dana Marketing Manager, sent towels, socks and more.
Also, the Deroma marketing company was sponsoring the candy to soldiers and Yisrael Liechtenstein from Barkat Hafakot joined them.
Gathering attended by two volunteer's named David Engel and Yisrael Forais, who dropped everything off and spent time at the base. Another volunteer, Moishe Sussman, initiated booklet combination of Noam Elimelech, maintaining a personal letter written by his daughters to every soldier. Reb Yosef Filmer joined the private enterprise, and organized kugel dishes and nuts for hundreds of soldiers with a liturgy for each soldier from Huminer Mementos and more.
According to Weinreich, "with groceries and gifts for soldiers, we had to use a truck to transport the goods, and Arie Dvir caterers land donated truck and fuel." Weinreich notes that Rabbi Ofer Vardi, Shas chairman in Beersheba, was a founder of Battalion 30 years ago and made a contribution to it, although he came into cheer and encourage the soldiers, who were surprised and excited by a group of yeshiva students.
