From resorts in Austria: Nadvorna Rebbe in a strengthening letter

Nadvorna Rebbe, staying in Austria for rest, sent a strengthening letter to his followers due to the situation.

Rebbe answers the questions of the Rosh Kahal of Nadvorna, Rabbi Simcha Elbaum, and writes: "I am at that remote place, bringing together many of answering the question of how to act in prayer in our time, when the days of adversity on the one hand and the days of Hasidim Revelation on the other."

Rebbe answers the letter and extends called sages should give thanks and praise for all the good that He has given. "And in our time, all of us, each one, observe everything that happens Eretz Yisroel and add and ask for mercy for the people of Israel, God forbid they will not be any damage to the body and soul and could serve Hashem with joy of a mitzvah."

"So my brother I ask: every one that should be given on added every day Torah and prayer to sustain commandment of love thy neighbor, and therefore should be added 4 chapters of Psalms. These Psalms: י"ג, כ"ה, נ"א, פ"ו, during Shacharis before Hodu and during Mincha before Karbonus and should be recited in public."

Towards the end of the letter the Rebbe finished with a blessing: "And G-d will accept the prayers of His people Israel in mercy and save all the trouble and plague and illness, and to hear our cries and take us out from slavery to freedom in the cart and sacrificed time."
