Hagaon R' Chaim Kanievsky this morning on Har Hamenuchos
Hagaon Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky arrived this morning (Sunday) to the heights of Har Hamenuchos in Jerusalem to pray at the tomb of his father in law Harav Elyashiv zt"l, whose yahrtzeit was this last Shabbos.
R' Chaim came especially from the city of Bnei Brak after Vasikin prayer, along with his associates and his family to visit the grave of Harav Elyashiv.
He arrived at Har Hamenuchos viewed from above on the tomb and said a few chapters of Tehillim, as the custom.
On Shabbos morning, Rabbi Chaim said Kaddish after Musaf in memory of his father in law, of blessed memory, and after the reading of the Torah at Mincha he said "kel male rachamim" and hazkaras neshamos. During Shabbos, R' Chaim expressed himself several times and said: 'He was my Rebbe'.
