Ashkelon: attacked police at the scene of a fall and indicted
An indictment was filed today against the citizen, who attacked police at the scene of rocket which hit Ashkelon and refused to leave the premises

ashkelon police yesterday arrested in Lachish (Monday) a resident of the city for allegedly hindered the work of police and emergency forces and even assaulted a police officer while those carried out their work at the scene of a rocket in Ashkelon. Against the suspect an indictment filed today.
Yesterday, at about 17:00, a rocket hit Ashkelon. Rescue forces arrived at the scene, police and wreckers to take care of the arena of the fall. Attended the event, police closed the scene and asked citizens who were in the arena to leave and to allow the security forces to do their jobs.
One man, 25-year-old resident of Ashkelon was staying at the scene and refused to leave her, claiming that he "wanted to see the rocket." A police officer on the scene again and asked the person to leave the place but that response threatened him and said, "Who are you speaking to me ... I do not see you feet ... I'll do what I want."
Later he attacked the officer grabbed him in the chest and pushed him back. The suspect was arrested at the scene after the end of treatment and was interrogated in Ashkelon.
Today Magistrates' Court in Ashkelon, charging the suspect counts of assaulting a police officer from doing his job and obstructing justice.
Ashkelon police commander Chief Superintendent Simon Portal referred to arrest the suspect and said, "We are dismayed to see the arena of civil behavior and non Compliance with guidelines. We reiterate that the phenomenon of public gathering of curious scenes fall very dangerous and impairs the ability of security forces to handle optimally arenas, we go back and ask not to congregate around the arenas fall, stay inside or in protected areas. "
