With the participation of Hgry"m Yosef Lau and Hgr"y Yitzchak, Chief Rabbi of Rassia inaugurated the magnificent new structure used by the Chief Rabbinate of Russia

Moscow inaugurated a magnificent new structure of "Chief Rabbinate of Russia", the presidency, the Chief Rabbi of Russia, Hgr"b Lazar.
The new building, just completed, will house all departments within the Chief Rabbinate of Russia, scattered in many places due to lack of space. The transition will allow the granting of wider service to the many requests that come every day to the Rabbinate, and will expand assistance to dozens of municipal rabbis in all of Russia and hundreds of Jewish community leaders across the country.
Chief Rabbinate of Russia bought a place in the sanctuary of the Chief and courts around the world, thanks to its leader Rabbi Berel Lazar, along religious judges, Rabbi Schneur Zalman Hakohen Kahn and Rabbi Yisrael Birnbaum, Rabbi of Kashrut Committee Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Marzel and Rabbi of slaughterers, Rabbi Yitzchak HaCohen Kogan.
Chief Rabbinate of Russia currently operates successfully: Torah law court, Department of Marriage, Judaism inquiries, kashrut department, and slaughter, Shatnez Institute, including teaching, supervision ritual baths and more.
After the ribbon cutting, they were honored with mezuzahs at the main entrances of the building, the great rabbis: Rishon Lezion Rabbi Yitzchak Yosef, Chief Rabbi of Tel - Aviv Rabbi Yisrael Meir Lau, senior rabbi of Europe and Rabbi of the community of "Shomrei Hadas" in Antwerp Rabbi David Moshe Lieberman, and Chief Rabbi Hgr"b Lazar.
Rishon Lezion Rabbi Yitzhak Yosef shared with Badatz of Moscow and rabbis members of the Presidency of the Council of European Rabbis, the number of recent examples of the nuptials and divorce, from which you can learn about the magnitude of the responsibility of the Dayan when he came to discuss and order. He also praised the fruitful cooperation between the Chief Rabbinate of Israel and Russia, and the momentum that led to the renewed prosperity of Russian Jewry.
Rabbi of Tel Aviv, Rabbi Yisrael Meir Lau, made brief greetings and praised the enormous responsibility imposed on the Chief Rabbinate of Russia and fateful decisions every day now facing a variety of topics, many of which are not found in ordinary Jewish communities.
Rabbis welcomed the Chief Rabbi Hgr"b Lazar and the Badatz members, that this home – be a home to the wise, and will magnify and glorify the Torah and instruct God's word is law, expanding knowledge and with God's help.

Reception was held at the Central Synagogue "Marina Rocha", led by Russia's Chief Rabbi Rabbi Berel Lazar and featured a large audience, combined by a Chassidic gathering in honor of the Redemption Festivity of Maharitz Rebbe zt"l in honor of the release from imprisonment spreading Judaism in Russia in those days.
