The Rebbetzin was hospitalized during her last years at hospital. During the last few days her condition deteriorated and on Erev Shabbos she returned her soul to its Creator.

The deceased was born on 28th Av תרע"ה to her father Hrh"z Rabbi Yechiel Chaim Lubin zt"l of Makowa and her mother Rebbetzin Bracha Devora a"h.

Her Zivug Rishon was the Rebbe Rabbi yosef Meir Pollak of Burgsaz zt'l, and her Zivug Sheni was in the year תש"ט to the Rebbe Rabbi Aharon of Belze zt"l.

During her years she lived at the Belze yeshiva on Agripas Street in Jerusalem and after her nephew moved, she moved to Bnei Brak to Melzer Street.

During her lifetime her daughter passed away-the Rebbetzin of Komemyut a"h, her son in law Hgrm"m Mendelson zt'l as well as her son the Rebbe Rabbi Avraham Pollak of Burgsaz zt'l, and his wife the Rebbetzin passed away a few months ago.
Her oldest grandson, Rabbi Yehoshua Pollak of Kalbsov zt"l, she accompanied to rest during her lifetime.

Her funeral left this evening (Motzei Shabbos) with participation of thousands of Belzer and Machnovka Chassidim from her home on Harav Melzer Street in Bnei Brak to Jerusalem where the funeral will leave at 23:00 from the great Beit Midrash of Belze in Kiryat Belze to Har Hamenuchos, where she will be laid to rest along her husband Hmhr"a zt"l.

Led on the stretcher her husband was led on

The Rebbetzin's funeral began in Tel Avviv at the home of Hmhr"a zy"a where a Beit Midrash and institutions of Belze operate today. On Echad Heam Street her grandson Rabbi Yosef Meir Pollak eulogized her. According to plan her grandson Hgr"a Direnfeld was supposed to eulogize her, but due to a technical delay he was unable to.

The Rebbetzin a"h was led on the same stretcher her husband the Belzer Rebbe was led on in the year תשי"ז.
