Continued legal proceedings of the Hgray"l Steinman attack case: lawyer Azriel Shaul Kravtsov, the suspect's lawyer, said in a conversation with B'Chadrei Charedim that he sought to separate civil proceeding and criminal proceeding.

"This is not a criminal proceeding which justifies remand on the case. In a case of a sane person he would be released to house arrest, and would not be seeking to extend the detention until the end of proceedings. Regarding mental problems, he should be hospitalized."

As regards to the eruption and trespass he says, that it is an open home so that there is no outbreak and trespassing.

About the assault he says: "The investigation material shows that the case is very much exaggerated in the media."

Indictment:

In those circumstances, and later, with more forces arrived on the scene, at the time the defendant was taken into the van, the defendant attacked the officer , Yogev Ununa (Yogev) unlawfully and without consent when he plays the role of law by kicking with his right foot at the glasses of Yogev , grabbed his hand and scratched him.
