Tragedy in Williamsburg: Woman killed by a Satmar's car

Tragedy in Williamsburg: Rachel Greenfield, 65, was killed by a car shuttle.
The deceased was killed on Friday afternoon, after being hit by a Satmar Talmud Torah van.
The tragedy occurred on Friday at 12:45, when the woman crossed the intersection of Marcy and Division which was jammed and busy. The bus driver did not see her, and hit her. The driver stopped immediately alerted the rescue. She was fatally wounded.
Volunteers who arrived at the scene transferred her to the hospital, but unfortunately she died of her injuries on Shabbos.
Family members say that Rachel a"h, was volunteering at visiting the sick, of the neighborhood. At the time of the accident she was returning from visiting patients in a hospital in Manhattan.
The funeral will leave today (Sunday) at 12:30 am EST, from Woodberry Beit Midrash in Williamsburg.
Satmar leaders claim that the driver, in his 50s, is a driver and a veteran who was not involved in accidents. The driver claimed in his defense that he had not noticed the woman as she crossed the street between two parked cars.
