After many hours of searching and worry, the 8-year old haredi child who was lost yesterday (Sunday) at JFK in New York, was found.

This is an Israeli Haredi family, who landed yesterday afternoon at JFK Airport in New York on its way to a family simcha. The family waited at the reception hall for the arrival of a 'car service' driver, who was supposed to bring them to Boro Park, and while waiting the 8-year old boy disappeared.

After a while, when his parents noticed his disappearance, and due to the fact that the child does not speak English, they were distressed and called for help.

Orthodox Jews who at the place called Brooklyn Hashomrim volunteers. Meanwhile, the parents and volunteers searched all restrooms, aisles and shops, but the search proved fruitless. At one point the concern level rose when one passersby related that he saw the lost child with an adult who is visibly not Jewish.

Only after three hours, the child was found, exhausted and pale, wandering in the parking building of the airport, near the elevators.
